Your Responsibilities
- Oversee regional operations and service delivery across all locations to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, compliance with industry standards and efficient execution of Marine Service activities
- Take full P&L responsibility for the region, leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance profitability,optimize resource use and strengthen financial performance
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and customer focus through targeted coaching and performance
- Foster strong collaboration between service offices, After Sales/Product Lines, and New Equipment Sales to build a unified regional approach and maximize customer satisfaction
- Drive strategic regional growth, identifying and developing new opportunities in emerging Northern European markets while ensuring service readiness for advanced marine and offshore products
Your Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Marine Operations (minimum 10 years, with at least 5 in leadership roles)
- Educational background in Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams across multiple locations and cultures
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L accountability and driving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, customer-centric mindset focused on regional growth
