Advanced Installation Support Engineer for Vehicle Calculation Tools (w/m/d)

The team cooperates closely with Technical Writers, Trainers, Product Lines, and Network Development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the creation, preparation, and organization of technical content and verify the technical accuracy of installation guidelines, documentation & updates
• Evaluate and test new installation methods and tools through field tests / pilot projects and provide structured feedback to product development and training departments
• Conduct internal “train-the-trainer” sessions to ensure technical knowledge transfer within the organization, especially to customer service and across product lines
• Teach PAF to all internal & external users and help to define standard content and methods for installation training
• Serve as the technical contact point for complex installation inquiries from dealers and partners and provide root-cause-oriented answers, case analysis, and field support for partner installations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
• 3+ years of experience in technical field service, product installation, or engineering support
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electronic, and control systems related to industrial or lifting equipment
•  Proven ability in troubleshooting, technical validation, and hands-on installation support
• Analytical mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, structured way of working, high quality awareness, and effective communication in cross‑functional teams

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
