Internship Brand Design Team & Merchandising (w/m/d)

Would you like to gain professional experience during your studies? Work on diverse topics? Create, conceptualize, organize? Then you've come to the right place! Starting in April /  May 2026, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience during a 6-month full-time internship at our headquarters in Bergheim near Salzburg and get to know an internationally operating company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaboration in the Corporate Marketing & Communications department – within the Brand and Campaigning team, with a focus on the global roll out of our new brand design within our Brand Design Team
• Assist in researching & categorizing current brand iterations and maintain an overview of ongoing implementation activities within the international organisation
• Support the design team in transforming brand iterations into the new design principles, creating new templates for MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Enabler and other software systems
• Help coordinate different tasks of the global implementation plan
• Prepare presentation materials and summaries for management and team meetings

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

• Student in a university program such as Marketing, Communication Sciences, Graphic Design, or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing; completed Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong interest in brand design and management within a highly innovative industrial environment, with a basic understanding of branding concepts, design principles, and aesthetics
• Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Fluent in English; good knowledge of German (spoken and written) preferred
• Organizational skills, a structured and detail-oriented working style, team-oriented personality with a hands-on attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis
