Internship Corporate Development - Focus on Strategy and M&A (f/m/d)

Are you looking for an internship at an international company where you can gain experience in strategic issues for 6 months full-time starting? Then you've come to the right place! You have the opportunity to gain diverse insights into a global corporation in an exciting environment in Salzburg, Bergheim. Our tasks range from developing corporate strategy and restructuring programs to M&A. You will be part of the team on a wide variety of tasks and support the development of decision-making documents for top management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the further development and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as in important strategic projects
• Support with ongoing international M&A projects (e.g. company valuation, due diligence)
• Independent implementation of strategic analyses, especially market and company analyses
• Independent preparation and follow-up of management workshops
• Work in close collaboration with various functions (Legal, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Ongoing or completed business studies (university/university of applied sciences)
• Basic knowledge of financial and strategic management
• Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Power Point and Excel)
• English, German is a plus
• Analytical, precise and conscientious way of working & organizational talent

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
