YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the teams in requirements management, conceptualization, and implementation of internal BI solutions (full-stack analytics development with guidance)
• Support and further drive our KPI platform and contribute to clear, effective information design for dashboards and reports
• Assist in migrating and modernizing the internal data environment and Help prepare, integrate, and validate data from internal and external sources
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of Master Data Management (MDM) processes
• Support planning and consolidation initiatives through data preparation, analysis, report design and documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interest in BI, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
• Good analytical skills, structured working style, and attention to detail
• Excellent business English and good German skills
• Familiarity with data governance or ERP systems (ideally SAP) is an advantage
• Basic experience or strong interest in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel) plus good communication and teamwork abilities

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
