YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Program & Portfolio Management Team in administrative and organizational activities – get a first-hand understanding of how portfolio management works at PALFINGER
  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and content updates of the internal project portfolio
  • Take over parts at the creation of reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and help visualize project performance
  • Support the preparation of project and training materials, including presentations for management meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders on communication and alignment tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and gain insights into portfolio governance and prioritization processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ongoing studies or a completed degree in a business or technical field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems) preferred
  • Good English skills, German is an advantage
  • Strong interest in project & portfolio management, and process optimization
  • Proactive and structured working style with attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
