The Program and Portfolio Manager (w/m/d) at PALFINGER will lead strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals, drive improvements in processes, systems, and data landscapes, and manage stakeholder relationships. This role will also oversee the portfolio of projects and programs and ensure prioritization of initiatives based on their strategic importance and available resources.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the strategic program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and data landscapes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the program's lifecycle.
  • Manage the portfolio of projects and programs, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic importance and resource availability.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in program and portfolio management, particularly within complex data landscapes and systems.
  • Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably German.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59 766,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
