At PALFINGER, digital solutions play a critical role in enabling efficient and scalable business operations worldwide. For our  Application Management Operations Team within Corporate Information & Communication Technology (ICT), we are looking for a Team Lead SAP Operations Applications who combines strong leadership capabilities with a passion for operational excellence, process improvement, and innovation.
In this role, you will lead a team of application experts while driving the continuous evolution of PALFINGER's SAP Operations landscape. Working closely with business stakeholders, the Process & Data Organization (PDO), and external partners, you will ensure stable operations, successful implementations, and the ongoing optimization of our global application environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of application specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Drive the implementation of business and operational requirements within PALFINGER release cycles in close collaboration with the Process & Data Organization (PDO).
• Continuously optimize operational processes, application services, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT functions.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring effective governance, service quality, and budget compliance.
• Contribute to the strategic development of PALFINGER's SAP Operations landscape by driving innovation, standardization, and process improvements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in SAP application management, SAP Operations, or a comparable IT environment, including initial leadership or project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of SAP logistics modules such as MM, PP, WM/EWM, or related operations-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent English communication skills.
