Technical Application Support Engineer (f/m/d/)

We are looking for a Technical Application Support Engineer (f/m/d/) who will analyze application issues and support quality assurance processes. You will investigate application crashes, monitor releases, and contribute to the software quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and resolve crashes and performance issues in desktop and web applications
• Analyze logs and telemetry data using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Development of reporting structures from various sources/ticket systems
• Support technical customer service and software development at complex problems
• Configuration and management of SIL and HIL test setups for validation processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with troubleshooting and crash analysis of desktop and web applications
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Application Insights for log analysis
• Experience with the maintenance, calibration, and configuration of test equipment
• Understanding of software release processes and quality assurance measures
• Preferred: Experience with .NET applications, Windows debugging tools, and similar tools

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
