Are you an ambitious person ready for a new challenge? We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable leader with a strong drive to implement improvements and develop our workshop team.

You are responsible for the daily operations of our workshop in Borlänge, leading and motivating our skilled mechanics, ensuring a safe working environment, and maintaining high PALFINGER standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of our service workshop in Borlänge
• Lead, distribute, and optimize work in the workshop
• Ensure that PALFINGER quality standards are maintained
• Keep customer service as a constant priority
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment
• Coordinate and lead service initiatives
• Personnel and financial responsibility

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent service awareness
• Good technical understanding and ability to absorb new information
• Solid understanding of our products and the importance of maintenance
• Organized and structure
•  Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
•  Good command of English, spoken and writte
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office
