We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources professional to lead and support our local team through an extensive transformation aligned with the Global Palfinger Organization (GPO). You will act as a trusted advisor to local management on labor law, social law, and HR strategy, while collaborating closely with the works council and regional HR colleagues. Additionally, you will drive or participate in local, regional, and global HR projects to ensure alignment with modern HR practices.

YOUR TASKS

  • Supporting and consulting the local management team with an extensive transformation process based on the Global Palfinger Organization (GPO) with focus on the global and regional HR strategy
  • Functional and disciplinary management of the local HR team
  • Development as well as management of the entire HR processes of the plant (such as operationalpersonnel marketing, employer branding ,recruiting, onboarding, career and succession planning)
  • Consulting for the local management in all relevant fields of HR, processing of labor law and social law specific topics, collaboration with works council as well as exchange with the HR colleagues of the EMEA team
  • Management of or involvement in local, regional and global HR projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in economics or related field with a focus on human resources
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or 8 years as an HR Business Partner/Specialist, ideally in an international environmen
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law and proven expertise in recruiting, personnel development, and compensation
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for modern HR practices and creative problem-solving
