Parts Shipper

The Parts Shipper supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by preparing outgoing shipments and ensuring accurate and timely material handling. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting customer shipping requirements, and safely transporting products throughout the facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer orders, pick lists, and work orders to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, stage, and load products safely.
• Process shipping transactions in FedEx and UPS systems and create required shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping standards, including proper labeling and documentation.

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory systems and basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
