Join PALFINGER as a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast United States (TN, NC, SC, GA, and FL). In this role, you will partner closely with distributors, leasing companies, OEMs, and end-user fleets to expand market presence and drive revenue. Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping regional sales strategy and building long-term customer relationships. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expand existing sales, develop new sales, and build an account portfolio across the Southeast territory (Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida)
  • Grow business with leasing companies, end-user fleets, and truck body and trailer OEMs
  • Direct, develop, and execute sales plans and strategies to drive profitability and level of service throughout the territory
  • Generate leads and assist with determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products

Your Qualifications

  • Must reside in the one of the following states: Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) Sales.
  • Prior work experience in truck equipment or truck sales experience, preferred.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Ability to travel to various states within the U.S. to meet with customers, and participate in trade shows.
