Reach Beyond at PALFINGER as our Work Ready Truck Sales Coordinator, the primary point of contact supporting the administration of the Work Ready Truck (WRT) sales effort across PALFINGER USA locations. In this onsite role based in Charlotte, NC, you will work closely with leadership, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and documentation management. You will play a key role in coordinating critical sales documentation, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping maintain efficient facility operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the success and growth of PALFINGER's truck equipment business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the Work Ready Truck (WRT) sales effort across PALFINGER USA locations.
  • Partner with the General Manager, Managing Director, and Sales and Service Managers to facilitate WRT order processing.
  • Coordinate and track critical WRT documentation, including MSOs, SSMSOs, specification sheets, titles, dealer licenses, tag renewals, and related records.
  • Assist with the development of sales and marketing support materials for Work Ready Trucks.
  • Support office supply ordering and permit maintenance activities for the Charlotte facility.

Your Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, or 1 year of experience within the truck and crane equipment industry. 
  • Dealership experience is preferred. 
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; experience working with a CRM system is a plus. 
  • Notary Public, or the ability to obtain.
