Local Quality Specialist - Measurements (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag in the role of: Local Quality Specialist - Measurements (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and perform test tasks within production, including measurements on CMMs, form and contour testing devices, as well as advanced tests such as hardness and surface roughness.
• Record, document, and evaluate measurement results, while supporting production with metrological analyses and defining corrective measures.
• Participate in test planning by determining testing procedures, selecting measurement equipment, developing strategies, and evaluating results.
• Independently conduct inspections on parts and assemblies using various methods, optimize measurement programs, and manage testing/measuring equipment, including calibration.
• Ensure communication between factory quality teams and global/regional measurement experts, while preparing reports and supporting projects with relevant drawings and data for measurement purposes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Bulgarian with good spoken and written English and/or German (B2 level).
• Desirable education: completed training as a measurement technician or further qualification in the QM/QA field.
• Professional experience in quality assurance and measurement technology, with advanced knowledge of metrological tools and reading technical drawings (e.g., Software Polyworks).
• Familiarity with test equipment standards (VDA5 and AIAG) and knowledge of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with experience using quality tools and statistical methods (e.g., CAQ systems, Q-DAS).
