Supplier Quality Management - Local Quality Specialist (f/m/d)

For our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag, we are looking for a motivated specialist to join our team in the role of: Supplier Quality Management - Local Quality Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complaints for purchased parts in the plant and oversee initial sampling, including processing and release for intercompany and external parts.
• Conduct supplier quality discussions, monitor changes to series-purchased parts, and support process acceptance (e.g., R@R, VDA 6.3) for new projects.
• Escalate supplier issues according to established routines and participate actively in cross-functional CIP teams.
• Create and maintain local supplier quality performance and nonconformance statistics, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Facilitate regular communication between factory quality and the global supplier quality organization, while preparing reports for the Quality Manager and GSQM.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Bulgarian with good spoken and written English and/or German (B2 level).
• Technical background in manufacturing industries with advanced knowledge of initial sampling procedures (e.g., VDA 6.2, AIAG).
• Solid understanding of Quality Methodologies, such as FMEA, APQP, and CPL.
• Expertise in Problem-Solving tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why’s, Defect Pareto, X-Y Matrix).
• Strong analytical, communication, and training skills, with a structured approach to quality-related challenges.
