YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Job Responsibilities

The NACE Level 3 Inspector shall be responsible for:

• Supervising and verifying all blasting and coating works onboard.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards (ISO, NACE, SSPC, ASTM).
• Conducting inspections for surface cleanliness, environmental monitoring, DFT checks, and adhesion testing.
• Preparing daily inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Reviewing coating materials, MDS, batch certificates, and ITPs.
• Coordinating with QA/QC teams and mentoring junior inspectors.
• Ensuring full compliance with the Client and PALFINGER HSE procedures during coating operations.

2. Deliverables

• Daily and final coating inspection reports
• Non-conformance and corrective action reports
• Coating material and batch certification review
• Final coating dossier and acceptance report

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• NACE Level 3 Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of coating inspection experience in oil & gas (offshore preferred).
• Strong knowledge of protective coatings, corrosion control, and related standards.
• Ability to work in offshore environments and comply with HSE requirements.
• Valid offshore medical and safety certifications (BOSIET and H2S are preferred).
• Transferable visa or ability to mobilize immediately.
