As Standardisation Manager for the Loader Cranes Product Line, you will lead a dedicated team, shape our standards strategy, and ensure that standards, guidelines, and processes are aligned across the organization. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Setting priorities, allocating resources, ensuring goal achievement, driving cross‑functional collaboration across global development teams and product lines
  • Standards Development: Creating, aligning, and maintaining global product‑specific and cross‑product‑line standards, including continuous improvement of internal approval processes (PNORMEN)
  • Process Excellence: Establishing and optimizing a robust, efficient standardisation process that ensures high quality, clarity, and consistency of standards
  • Norm Program: Managing all technical and organizational Product Line Loader Cranes requirements of the M‑Files norms program, ensuring system optimization, data quality, and supporting users through trainings
  • Global Impact: Enabling uniform, efficient standards, improving development efficiency through reuse, strengthening lifecycle-wide collaboration and building a future‑proof standardisation framework

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
  • Several years of experience in technical standardisation, norms, or guideline management in the mechanical engineering industry sector
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, high level of organizational strength with a structured, solution‑oriented working style
  • Proficient English and German language skills, both written and spoken

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
