We are looking for a Quality Manager Product Line Loader Cranes, to join our team and to make a significant impact on global quality.

As Product Line Quality Manager of the global product line Loader Cranes, you will report directly to the Head of Product Line Quality Management Loader Cranes. Your main responsibility will be to ensure and continuously improve the quality of processes and products within your product line, starting from the development phase. As an essential member of the quality management team, you will actively contribute to the maintenance and further development of quality standards and play a central role in the strategic direction of quality and environmental management for the entire product line. Your expertise and commitment are crucial to maintaining and improving the high-quality and environmental standards in your area of responsibility.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible implementation of the global quality and environmental policy in the entire area of the Loader Cranes product line
• Management of quality and compliance activities within the scope of development projects
• Maintaining and further developing quality and safety standards during the development process (PDP) and the entire product life cycle
• Accompanying the Q-Circle in the global Loader Cranes product line, tracking topics according to the 8D method, and involving all departments in the improvement process
• Management of internal interfaces and technical support for the further development and expansion of the existing claim management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical education (TU/FH/HTL) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable area
• Experience and application knowledge of common quality management methods (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in international quality management or training in quality management according to ISO 9001, as well as in project and/or process management, is an advantage
• Strong initiative, communication skills, and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite; further foreign language skills are an advantage

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04  per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
