R&D Test Engineer (f/m/d)

In the innovative "Special Lifting Solutions" division, new ideas are brought to life. The product portfolio includes truck-mounted forklifts, railway handling solutions, special handling solutions, and defence handling solutions. Each new development follows all necessary development phases in a structured manner – from the concept phase to series production. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation of verification and validation concepts to support our development projects
• Derivation of test specifications based on module and product requirements, including the definition of clear pass/fail criteria
• Further development of load collectives as well as planning and organization of field test campaigns in close collaboration with the development team
• Support of test laboratories in the preparation, commissioning, execution, and evaluation of tests
• Organization and execution of approvals in cooperation with external testing institutes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical education (Master craftsman/technical college/university of applied sciences/university) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Experience in the testing field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical engineering, and measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Problem-solving skills and interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
• Fluently English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
