To strengthen our Embedded Software Operating System team, we are looking for a motivated System Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Verification & Validation (V&V). In this role, you will take responsibility for the verification and validation processes that ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of our embedded software solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and continuously improve the verification and validation processes for our embedded software operating system
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements in alignment with the V-model
• Plan and execute system and integration tests using HIL/SIL environments
• Design and implement automated test cases
• Drive the strategic development of HIL/SIL test systems and tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in electronics, computer science, or a related technical field (HTL/FH/University)
• Solid understanding of requirements engineering and relevant tools
• Experience in verification & validation of (safety-critical) software, including methodologies and documentation
• Familiarity with automated testing systems (HIL/SIL) is a plus
• Passion for shaping of our software development environment

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
