We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team. As Team Lead Global Product Management (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role within our product development organization. In this position, you’ll define and drive the global product management framework, ensuring that stakeholder requirements from all regions are captured, harmonized, and transformed into actionable product concepts aligned with our corporate strategy.
You will provide leadership and oversight throughout the entire product development lifecycle, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders. Your guidance will enable balanced decision-making and ensure we meet global objectives for quality, cost, and time across our product portfolio.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead global product management by capturing and harmonising stakeholder requirements from all regions and translating them into actionable product concepts aligned with corporate strategy
- Drive competitive analysis and market intelligence, providing insights and countermeasures to strengthen product positioning against competitors
- Develop and manage global product line strategy and portfolio planning, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility, risks, and resource requirements
- Oversee initiation and execution of product development projects, guiding feasibility assessments, business cases, and gate reviews throughout the lifecycle
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between project managers, system engineers, and regional stakeholders to achieve global objectives for quality, cost, and time
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in product management for complex technical products, ideally within the lifting, assembly, or commercial vehicle industry
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, portfolio, and requirements management, with experience in complex development projects in phase-gate or agile environments
- Strategic and analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships and global networks
- International experience and intercultural competence, fluency in English (German and other languages an advantage), and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 64.010,41 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
