As Head of Service Workshops, you will have overall responsibility for Palfinger Sweden’s internal workshop operations. You will lead, support, and develop our workshop managers and their teams, while ensuring efficient daily operations, high service quality, and strong financial performance.Our workshops are located in Borlänge, Kallhäll, Jordbro, Gothenburg, and Malmö, and the role requires close collaboration across sites, as well as with management and other internal stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the national workshop network and its managers
• Set targets and KPIs, and follow up on performance, quality, and profitability
• Ensure efficient daily operations at each workshop, including planning, staffing, work environment, and customer delivery
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of workshop processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and work environment regulations 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven leadership experience within workshop or service operations
• Solid understanding of workshop management, planning, and technical environments
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting
• Interest in and experience with digitalization and process development
