About the role

Are you an ambitious sales professional ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a driven individual to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the operational sales of our products to customers directly, as well as through dealers and bodybuilders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will hold national sales responsibility for a selected product group within PALFINGER’s portfolio. From the first point of contact through quoting, negotiating, and closing deals, you will manage the entire sales cycle. A key part of your work will be proactive customer acquisition and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
 
This is a highly independent role where you are expected to schedule and conduct 6–8 customer visits each week. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs and providing solutions that add real value. If you thrive on building relationships, enjoy being out in the field, and know that real business happens face to face, this role is for you.

YOUR PROFILE

5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the automotive or related industries

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills

A true passion for sales and the drive to succeed

Outgoing, sociable, and relationship-oriented

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
