As an Experiential Marketing Specialist at PALFINGER, you will lead the planning and execution of impactful trade shows, demo tours, and events across your region. You’ll ensure these experiences reflect our brand values while engaging customers and partners effectively. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute regional trade shows, demo tours, and events, ensuring alignment with PALFINGER’s brand and strategic goals.
• Implement global experiential marketing guidelines locally and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop event concepts, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Benchmark industry trends and identify innovative formats to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Support partners and the dealer network with tailored event solutions and best practices.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in organizing trade shows and events, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external partners and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with flexibility to travel (approx. 20%)
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and resilience in dynamic environments.
