To support our Digital Manufacturing team, we are looking for a motivated individual who will contribute to the development and implementation of digital solutions across PALFINGER’s global production network. In this role, you will support application development, requirements analysis, and the evaluation of emerging technologies such as AI‑based solutions within the manufacturing environment.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirements engineering for digital manufacturing solutions: collect, structure, and document requirements together with business stakeholders and align with ICT and process experts
- Development of low‑code applications within an agile framework (e.g., SCRUM), including application and data structure design as well as support for testing and deployment
- Enhancement of digital applications by preparing effort estimations, planning new features, and coordinating with IT and system experts.
- Research and evaluation of emerging technologies, particularly AI‑based solutions and digital manufacturing use cases
- Support implementation projects and contribute to assessing business value and cost efficiency of digital solutions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in software development or low‑code platforms and strong interest in digital technologies
- Basic understanding of and strong interest in manufacturing processes or digital production environments
- Analytical, structured, and self‑organized way of working with strong teamwork skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 47.546,94 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
