To support our Digital Manufacturing team, we are looking for a motivated individual who will contribute to the optimization and digitalization of our intralogistics processes, tools and systems across PALFINGER’s global production network. In this role you will define global standardized processes evaluate innovative technologies and support the implementation of state-of-the-art material transportation solutions within our production areas.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and standardization of shopfloor intralogistics processes, with a focus on transportation and material flow management in production
- Technology and innovation management: evaluation and piloting of new technologies (e.g. AGVs/AMRs, e-labels, RTLS) to automate and digitalize production logistics
- Support global rollouts of standardized intralogistics processes and digital solutions in international production plants
- Global shopfloor intralogistics expert: advise and support plants in process optimization, material flow improvement, and the integration of digital solutions
- Contribute to the Digital Manufacturing strategy through requirements engineering, development of a global application landscape, and structuring of intralogistics use cases
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in logistics, production engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable technical field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in production logistics, intralogistics, material flow optimization, or Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
- Solid understanding of production and intralogistics processes, with a strong interest in digital technologies and automation solutions
- Analytical and structured working style with experience in process analysis, requirements engineering, or process standardization
- Very good English skills, strong intercultural communication skills, and willingness to travel (approx. 20%, worldwide)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
