The Spares Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our customers and service teams moving by ensuring the right parts are quoted, sourced, and delivered on time. This role reports directly to the Regional Spares Manager, is based in New Iberia, Louisiana and works closely with Service Engineers, Service Coordinators, and Purchasing. You will combine technical understanding, customer service, and hands-on logistics to support our marine equipment in the field. _____Your Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely spare parts quotations by interpreting technical drawings and identifying correct item codes.
- Serve as a key customer contact, proactively communicating order status, delays, and resolutions.
- Utilize ERP system to determine pricing and availability of part(s).
- Coordinate closely with Service Engineers and Service Coordinators to support urgent and ongoing spares requests.
- Identify and report process improvement opportunities to the Regional Spares Manager while delivering excellent service.
Your Qualifications
- Strong customer focus with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory or order-tracking systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings or quickly learn to identify mechanical spare parts.
- Clear, professional communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- A positive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
