PALFINGER is seeking a skilled S&OP Coordinator to support and lead supply validation activities across the North America region, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and production planning. The role works cross-functionally with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to maintain service levels, optimize inventory, and drive efficient forecasting, supplier coordination, and supply continuity.

Your Responsibilites

 

  • Lead the regional supply validation process within the global S&OP framework, ensuring alignment between sales orders, demand forecasts, and production planning.
  • Identify supply and performance gaps, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective actions to meet regional and corporate targets.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to manage supplier forecasting, transportation lanes, and material availability.
  • Implement global S&OP standards, lead supply validation meetings, and establish reporting and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and manage S&OP data in SAP and related systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, supplier coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Your Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with strong experience in S&OP within a global organization.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills within matrix organizations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with global teams.
