The Quote Administrator role at PALFINGER supports the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) product line by delivering accurate, timely, and detailed quotations to the regional sales team. This position plays a key role in bid management, order processing, and document control while ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers. It is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that directly contributes to delivering reliable solutions across North America.
_____Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, including pricing, credit terms, and bid specifications for AWP opportunities
- Develop, review, and submit sales contracts and related order documentation
- Serve as a customer contact for product inquiries, including pricing, availability, specifications, and service details
- Process and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of internal and external orders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and internal teams to support bidding strategy and customer requirements
Your Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in quote administration, bid coordination, or similar commercial support role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional post-secondary education preferred
- Strong understanding of AWP products or similar technical/commercial product lines is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
