For our new production facility PALFINGER PROIZVODNJA DOO Niš, we are looking for responsible, communicative person, with teamwork skills and ability for good organization in the workplace.

JOB TASKS:

• Responsible for the development of Palfinger Production Systems (PPS)  in Niš;
• Responsible for the development, realization and implementation of LEAN principles and strategies;
• Responsible for creating a LEAN culture with the purpose of continuous improvements;
• Organizes trainings and work meetings with the aim of popularizing LEAN methods and competencies of managers;
• Provides support to teams in shopfoor activities;
• Participates in determining KPIs and is responsible for their achievement;
• Defines actions and proposes measures to achieve goals;
• Lead and assist in LEAN-related projects;
• Responsible for the formation of processes for the creation of added value.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher technical education
• Experience as a lean engineer
• Responsible and communicative person, with skills for teamwork and having the ability for successful organization in the workplace
• Proficiency in English
• Computer knowledge and ability (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Problem-solving ability
