For our production site in Niš, we are looking for a responsible and communicative person, with teamwork skills and the ability to successfully organize the workplace.

JOB TASKS:

• Monitoring product compliance with technical documentation and quality standards
• Implementation and monitoring of control plans and procedures
• Quality assurance during development, prototype and series production
• Analysis of complaints, non-compliance and defects
• Application of methods (5 Why, 8D, Ishikawa) to determine the root cause
• Definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures (CAPA)
• Process performance monitoring (scrap, finishing, KPI)
• Identifying risks and proposing improvements
• Participation in continuous improvement projects
• Cooperation with production, technology and other sectors
• Communication with suppliers and participation in inspections
• Support global and local quality teams
• Maintenance and improvement of the quality system (ISO 9001, internal procedures)
• Preparation of reports and analysis (QA, audit, KPI)
• Ensuring traceability and proper documentation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher technical education
• Experience in the same or similar jobs - desirable
• Proficiency in English
• Computer knowledge and ability (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Problem-solving ability
