The Aftersales Service Expert (m/f/d) develops retrofit and modification solutions that enhance product efficiency andlongevity. In your new role you will be acting as the link between customers and engineering, you will ensures technical upgrades meet evolving operational needs and  create measurable customer value.

Your responsibilities 

• Being the main contact for retrofit and modification requests from customers, dealers and service partners
• Translate customer needs into clear technical solutions in close cooperation with design teams
• Develop and prepare retrofit and modification offers, including service kits
• Manage projects from initial inquiry through successful completion
• Build in-depth knowledge of PALFINGER marine and wind cranes to create effective solutions

Your qualifications

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship or HTL)
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Understanding of design and technical documentation (CREO knowledge optional)
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; fluent in written and spoken English,strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, an independent working still, with readiness to travel
