The Global Training Strategy & Digital Enablement team plays a key role in empowering PALFINGER's external Sales & Service partner network through scalable, high-impact learning experiences. To support the further development of our digital learning ecosystem, we are looking for a Internship AI & Digital Learning – 10h/week who supports the team in exploring AI-driven learning tools, maintaining digital learning content, and analyzing learning data.

Your responsibilities

• Support the development of the digital training strategy and stay on top of learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the learning portfolio
• Explore and test AI driven tools that support content creation and digital learning experiences
• Support the use of AI tools and data analytics to analyze learner engagement and training impact
• Assist the team with pilot initiatives related to new digital learning formats and technologies

Your qualifications

• Currently enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field
• First experience through projects, coursework, or internships in digital tools, AI, or data analysis is an advantage
• Strong interest in AI technologies and digital learning trends
• Well organized and structured person with hands on implementation skills
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
