_____Your responsibilities

Project management support in Smartsheet, including preparation of management and project presentations

HR IT support and assistance with master data topics
- Support organizational activities related to the ramp up of a new Marine Training Center.
- Help design, structure, and upload training content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide administrative support and contribute to various HR projects as required.
_____Your qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relatedfield.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong commitment to contributing actively and learning continuously.

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
