The Regional Management Team Assistant provides direct support to the Regional Leadership Team MARINE in strategic and operational tasks, including organizing meetings and events, managing documents and information sharing, and engaging with stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Executive support: Organize and manage meetings, business trips, events, and regional summits; actively participate in meetings and prepare summaries, with a special focus on supporting the Regional VP S&S and VP PLM&E.
  • Information management: Maintain structured document storage and implement best practices for sharing information via tools like Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Stakeholder management: Ensure effective communication and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project support: Support smaller projects and initiatives.
  • Reporting preparation: Create management presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Your Qualifications 

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Talent in planning, structuring, and coordinating complex tasks and events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint; strong interest and ability to leverage AI tools (e.g.,MicrosoftCopilot) for productivity, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Understanding of organizational structures and processes, with a keen interest in how business functions interconnect and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is 53.241,02 € based on full-time employment.
