In this high‑impact role, you will shape network strategy, improve dealer performance, and build the foundation that enables our ambitious regional growth plans. You’ll partner cross‑functionally to ensure strong sales processes, seamless onboarding, and a best‑in‑class customer experience across the network. This role is based in Schaumburg, IL and plays a critical leadership role in advancing PALFINGER’s presence and competitiveness across the NAM region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the dealer network to drive profitability and growth while ensuring implementation of PALFINGER dealer standards.
  • Oversee dealer appointments, transitions, improvement plans, and identify new dealers aligned with defined criteria.
  • Build and lead the Network Development team and continuously improve onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales leaders and regional teams to deploy sales processes, tools, and programs effectively.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts and ensure effective use of CRM, Product Configurator, Power BI, and emerging tools to improve efficiency.
  • Travel approximately 60% to support dealer evaluations, stakeholder engagement, and network development activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, with 10+ years of senior‑level Sales or Network Development experience.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with demonstrated project and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong time‑management skills and proficiency in supporting strategic and tactical decisions through data and insights.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally, influence stakeholders, and support adoption of processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Comfort navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across regions and functions within a global matrix enviornment
