Join PALFINGER and Reach Beyond as a Spare Parts Fulfillment Specialist to support fast, accurate, and reliable spare parts delivery for PALFINGER North America. Based onsite at our Huntley, IL facility, this role plays a critical part in keeping our inventory, systems, and customer orders moving seamlessly. Working closely with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure data accuracy and on‑time fulfillment. This position reports to the Regional Senior Manager, Spare Parts and offers hands‑on impact in a growing, collaborative operation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve SAP delivery IDocs and outbound order queues to ensure timely, accurate spare parts fulfillment.
  • Reconcile inventory data between SAP and WMS, identifying and correcting discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Coordinate customer order returns by processing and managing Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
  • Support customer service and operations teams by ensuring smooth communication and alignment between SAP and WMS.
  • Enable efficient kitting and production orders by supporting inventory consumption accuracy and system integrity.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in spare parts, supply chain, inventory management, order fulfillment, or logistics operations.
  • Proven experience working with SAP S/4 and interfacing with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and correct data and inventory discrepancies.
  • Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
