Your Tasks

  • Accelerate growth & market impact: Proactively identify opportunities in the French market, drive spare parts and service sales through deep and cross-selling, and build a strong portfolio of new and existing customers.
  • Be the trusted partner: Gain deep understanding of customer needs, advise on products, services, and upgrades, resolve challenges effectively, and deliver solutions that strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Lead service & spares excellence: Manage and coordinate all service orders and spare processes to ensure maximum utilization, revenue, and profitability—on time and to the highest standards.
  • Deliver operational results: Handle pricing, quotations, agreements, and KPI monitoring with precision, meeting targets while ensuring full compliance with regulations and PALFINGER policies.
  • Inspire through collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Sales, Service & Spares Selling, promoting leadership, clear communication, and a high-performing team culture.

Your Qualifications

  • Technical background with 5+ years’ marine/offshore experience
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer service skills, networker, self-motivated, and proactive
