Spare Parts Coordinator (m/f/d)

To strengthen our operation, we are looking for a Spares Coördinator.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, understanding needs, and preparing accurate quotations accordingly
• Manage the full quotation and order process — from receiving requests to issuing final sales quotes and processing orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery, and terms
• Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure timely order handling, shipping, and documentation
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues, including customer complaints, while maintaining compliance with Palfinger Marine’s policies and regulations
• Collaborate across departments (spares, logistics, purchasing, finance) to ensure accuracy in invoicing, updated supplier data, and overall efficiency in the sales and distribution process

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical knowledge and understanding is preferred
• Business administration experience is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Maritime / Off-shore spares industry
• Excellent customer service skills, good networker and self-motivated
• Good leadership, cooperation, communication, and organizational skills • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
