Service Technician Refurbishment (m/f/d)

Join our Marine Safety team and play a key role in ensuring life-saving equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for operation. In this hands-on workshop role, you will inspect, service, repair, and refurbish critical equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess life-saving equipment to determine refurbishment requirements and ensure safe return to service
• Perform refurbishment activities, including disassembly, cleaning, servicing, component replacement, reassembly, and preparation of equipment
• Conduct functional testing, quality checks, and final inspections to verify safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, parts records, and serial number traceability to support certification and compliance requirements
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment by maintaining tools and equipment and identifying improvement opportunities

Your Qualifications

• Relevant vocational education, technical training, or equivalent practical experience in a mechanical or industrial environment
• Experience in inspection, maintenance, refurbishment, assembly, repair, or testing of technical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused working style with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills and digital proficiency for documentation and work order management
