To strengthen our team in Sofia, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planning and Inside Sales Specialist (f/md) to join our Global Business Services Center. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting accurate demand forecasting, managing customer orders, and ensuring delivery schedules are aligned with operational capabilities. You will collaborate closely with international teams and contribute to continuous process improvements across multiple product lines.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead monthly demand forecasting and contribute to long-term strategic planning
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify and analyze key demand drivers
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date planning data across all product lines
• Manage customer orders efficiently, including handling special pricing and adjustments
• Coordinate delivery schedules and production slots in line with operational guidelines and country-specific needs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Commercial or technical education with strong analytical skills in demand forecasting
• Team-oriented, organized, and solution-focused with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and planning tools is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities in an international environment
