Inside Sales and Order Management Administrator (f/m/d) with French

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Order Management Administrator with strong French language skills to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring smooth order processing and excellent support for our international partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and manage customer orders, including internet orders, order changes, price checks, and special discounts
• Coordinate delivery dates and production slots in line with operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP, including incoterms, warehouse entries, and payment terms
• Collaborate closely with the dealer support team to ensure timely and efficient order handling
• Continuously optimize processes to meet specific country requirements and improve efficiency

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Proven experience in sales process administration or a similar role
• Fluency English, both written and verbal (mandatory), French language would be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
