We are looking for an Office Assistant for our GBS office in Sofia to support the efficiency of internal processes through administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. In this role, you will manage front office activities such as welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining a professional office image. You will also oversee office space management and coordinate with vendors and facility partners to ensure smooth operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing office operations, maintaining equipment, handling supplies and couriers, and coordinating business travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential information professionally while communicating effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents according to management requirements.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance with company procedures.
  • Assisting in organizing corporate events and meetings, and proactively resolving issues within the office environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience with office equipment and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Technical skills in tools like Office 365 and SharePoint; previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Key competencies include teamwork, strong communication skills, adaptability, and deadline orientation.
  • Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude and professional discretion in all tasks
