Robotic Process Automation Expert (f/m/d)

We are looking for a technically skilled and strategic RPA Expert  (f/m/d) to lead the automation of finance operations—starting with Accounts Payable (AP) and expanding to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other financial processes. This role is central to designing, implementing, and scaling RPA solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the global finance function.

YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate finance processes
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define business requirements, and ensure seamless integration with systems like SAP ER
• Conduct process assessments and fit-gap analyses to evaluate automation feasibility, scalability, and expected ROI
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, bot architecture, exception handling, and performance metrics
• Monitor, optimize, and support RPA bots, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency gains
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) and basic understanding of AI tools for enhanced automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proven track record of delivering automation projects with measurable business impact
