We are looking for a highly skilled SAP / Software Engineer to strengthen our global IT organization. In this role, you will develop clean-core compliant applications, shape our SAP BTP landscape, and drive cloud-ready implementations. You will be part of an agile international team building modern, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design and develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and Fiori Elements apps following Clean Core principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Build cloud-ready business objects and services using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java) and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Develop and maintain extensions on SAP BTP, including SAP Build Process Automation
• Deliver cloud-ready features aligned with PALFINGER’s long-term digital strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and define system requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in SAP development (ABAP OO, RAP, Fiori/UI5)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field
• Expertise in SAP BTP, modern ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Build, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and test-driven development
• Strong understanding of SAP security, API design, and agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset in an international environment
