SAP Support Specialist (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first and second-level SAP support, resolving complex issues independently
• Monitor SAP system performance and proactively address potential problems
• Document solutions, processes, and prepare performance reports
• Suggest and implement improvements for SAP workflows and functionalities
• Participate in SAP-related projects and mentor junior team members

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP support or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with knowledge of MM/WM, PP, SD, QM, and CS modules
• Ability to manage tasks with moderate supervision and increasing autonomy
• Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and project participation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional support
