For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position: SAP Team Lead (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsible for leading a team of SAP experts and 2nd level support specialists managing incidents for the global SAP user base

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Collaborate with business representatives and technical leaders
• Adopt customizing tasks and divide them in the established SAP Тeam
• Provide support and be involved in the processes of SAP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation 
• Responsible for the career and talent development of the team members
• Drive excellence and quality by improving the process and the standards to be followed
• Create management reports based on established KPIs and track fulfillment of set targets
• Check and update technical documentation of the created solutions

Your Qualification

• University degree in Computer science, Business informatics

• Professional experience in SAP environment, especially in implementation and roll-outs
• Advantage will be experience in one of the following areas: SAP FICO, SAP PP, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, ABAP or PLM tools 
• Previous experience in a similar position - at least 3 years
• Must be able to manage delivery of multiple projects, plan and optimize resources
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and very good social skills
• Make decisions, solve problems and conflicts, and build real relationship with the team
• Interest in new technologies and digital developments
• High working level of written and spoken English
