Talent Acquisition Intern with German (f/m/d)

As a Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d), you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment operations across Austria and Bulgaria — helping us attract, engage, and hire the right people for our global organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with the creation and posting of job advertisements across multiple channels
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues in Austria and Bulgaria
• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Assist with administrative tasks and ongoing recruitment projects within the regional TA team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Ongoing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
• Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced HR environment
