Join our Global Business Services Center in Sofia as a Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — we’re looking for someone proactive, detail‑oriented, and ready to communicate and collaborate effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage daily bugs (automated and user-reported) in Freshdesk and Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution
• Act as 2nd-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including issue diagnosis, ticket handling, and escalation management
• Support release testing, UI/UX reviews, and documentation of new features, test cases, and processes
• Maintain and update CRM configurations, manage CRM<>CPQ status updates, and handle bulk data change
• Analyze and document integration issues between CRM, SAP, and PALDESK applications, and oversee cleanup of old/duplicate bugs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customizing and testing CPQ solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts, APIs (REST, RPC), and system integration fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
